User and password to enter the WordPress management system
You will need 3 things before you start:
- The web address where the management is located. (In general it is something like this: www.tusitio_web.com/wp-admin)
- Your user name (name given by the company)
- Your access code (unique password for private use)
With these data you will enter the web management area and you will be able to change texts and images.

All web site developers warn their clients about how to modify texts and images and about the problems that may arise when the client does not fully master the technique.
The company will make a backup (backup) of all created pages, databases, saved images, texts, etc. of the website at the time of delivery.

What happens if you make a mistake and delete things you shouldn’t have or the site gets ‘messed up’?
Any modification to the layout of the model of the same may require more knowledge and know how to apply it.
In the case that the client alters the web and could not solve by himself the failure, Arte y Web Creaciones can correct it(s), rectify, modify or cancel it, and -if necessary- could reset it to the starting point. ALL OF WHICH WILL BE INVOICED SEPARATELY.
On the other hand, we cannot be held responsible for the time that the website may be offline for such reasons.
The client has the support of Arte y Web Creaciones to rectify possible mistakes that the client could make. However, these corrections, modifications or reconstructions will be billed separately as labor hours.
NOTE: Today we have made a backup copy that we will keep in case it is necessary to restore the web to the starting point. We have a monthly paid service of creating backups on a weekly basis. Cost 10€/month billed annually.

Yes, Arte y Web Creaciones offers to the client a service of MONTHLY MAINTENANCE, in case you want to change things on the web (in general texts and images) or add new pages and Arte y Web Creaciones will do it periodically or punctually (Cost 30€/month billed semiannually).
In this way, everything would be facilitated in case the client does not wish to do the task himself.
